MAKEUP WEEK CLASS SCHEDULE and DETAILS:

If you have missed two or more classes, you need will need to make up one (or more if I can accommodate you) of those up before the end of the session.   

In an effort to balance the make up classes and not have overcrowding, please note the following and make sure to RSVP! NO walk-ins please!

• Make Up Week is Nov. 29^ththrough Dec 2^nd. Fall classes end Nov. 18^th.  Winter classes begin January 3^rd.
• If none of the make ups work for you, please let me know so I can take you in to consideration if I need to open up another class. I want to accommodate all of you as best as I can!
• Make up week is for families who have missed one or two classes but still have one to make up.  Feel free to ask me to check my attendance if you are not sure!  See me if you need an additional make up beyond the two allowed, due to absences beyond your control.
• I need RSVP's for EVERYONE who is planning on attending one of the make up week classes.
• If you need to bring additional unregistered children of yours who are out of school, the Wed 1:00 class is the best option, as it will most likely be smaller. If you cannot attend that one, try to make other arrangements for unregistered children.Please NO children who are not yours and NO additional siblings in the morning make up classes!  That said, you may check with me after the RSVP deadline of Nov. 26^thand if I have room, you may come with an extra child.  If this is a problem in any way for you, please do your makeups during the remainder of the semester instead.
• Morning Families Only: Please attend morning makeup on your regular class day, however, if this is not possible, let me know and I will try to accommodate you in a different class.  You may RSVP for the Wed 1:00 instead.
• PM Families: Please try and attend the make up held on your regular class afternoon. See me if you cannot, and I will try and accommodate you in a morning class.
• Please plan on attending ONLY ONE makeup class during the make up week, unless you have had many absences beyond your control.   I will let you come to two if I can do so without overcrowding.
• Email me ortell me in class, which class you are planning on attending and how many children you are bringing. IMPORTANT:You will only hear back if I need to reschedule you due to overcrowding or not enough to hold a class. 
• Again you must RSVP!  NO walk-ins!

Note:PLEASE REMEMBER to let me know if you know in advance if you are going to miss your regularly scheduled classfor the remainder of the session. There are many families who want to do make ups.
