In an effort to balance the make up classes and not have overcrowding, please note the following and make sure to RSVP! NO walk-ins please! RSVP NO later than June 12th
- Make Up Week is June 15th through June 18th
- If none of the make ups work for you, please let me know so I can take you in to consideration if I need to open up another class. I want to accommodate you as best as I can!
- Make up week is for families who have missed one or two classes but still have one to make up. Feel free to ask me to check my attendance if you are not sure! See me if you need an additional make up beyond the two allowed, due to absences beyond your control.
- I need RSVP's for EVERYONE who is planning on attending one of the make up week classes.
- If you need to bring additional unregistered children of yours, you must attend one of the three (3) pm options only. Please NO children who are not yours and NO additional siblings in the morning make up classes!
- Morning Families Only: Please attend the 9:15 or 10:15 makeup on your regular class day, however, if this is not possible, see me and I will try to accommodate you in a different class. You may RSVP for any of the pm options instead - I welcome morning families who can easily attend a pm class!!
- PM Families: Please try and attend the make up held on your regular class afternoon, but if you cannot- see me and I will try and accommodate you at an alternate time.
- Please only plan on attending ONE makeup class during the make up week, unless you have had many absences beyond your control. I will let you come to two, if I am able, without overcrowding.
- Email me or tell me in class, which class you are planning on attending (from the schedule above) and how many children you are bringing.
- IMPORTANT: You will only hear back if I need to reschedule you due to overcrowding or not enough to hold a class.
- Again you must RSVP! NO walk-ins please!
Note: PLEASE REMEMBER to let me know if you know in advance if you are going to miss your regularly scheduled class for the remainder of the session. There are many families requesting last minute make ups.. Thanks so much!
